We are providing you with an order form which you may print out if you desire to mail your order. Although we prefer phone orders so that we may accurately answer your questions and provide assistance, please feel free to mail your order with this form. Our company phone hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:30 pm Central Time.

ORDER PROCESSING: A check, money order, or complete credit card information must accompany your order. If you are paying by check, we reserve the right to ship  10 business days after bank deposit. Please, no COD'S. All merchandise is shipped by USPS mail or UPS. Please give us your complete shipping address.


HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE: Our first concern is your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, return it  within 21 days of invoice date in new condition for an exchange or refund. Enclose your original receipt with your returned item(s) so proper identification can be made. No returns or adjustments after 21 days.

If you need to exchange the item(s), shipping charges will be added to the reshipment.

REFUND CHECKS are subject to clearance of customer's original check.  Refunds on charge card orders will be credited to the charge card account. Items returned will be refunded for full purchase price less shipping and handling charges. Please note, refunds or exchanges are not allowed on custom harnesses and collars, items returned damaged, with missing parts, or have been used, no exceptions.
